Registration Payment Guidelines
Please follow the instructions below to complete your registration payment.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer Only
Currently, we only accept payments via direct bank transfer. Please ensure you keep a copy of your transaction receipt for verification purposes.
Transfer the Registration Fee
Please make your payment by transferring the registration fee to the bank account detailed below. Be sure to save a copy of your payment document (slip or receipt).
Log in to the System
After completing the transfer, please log in to the conference website using your credentials and navigate to the "Payment" menu.
Submit Payment Information
Fill in the required payment details accurately and upload your transfer document (slip/receipt) into the system for verification.
Await Verification
Our finance committee will review your submitted document. Your registration payment status will be updated in the system within 2-3 business days.
Important Note: Payment for registration fees will be accepted from April 23rd to 28th, 2026.
